Our name is inspired by Eos, the Greek goddess of dawn a symbol of daily renewal and emerging light. Reinvention isn’t a dramatic leap. It’s a rhythm. It’s a process. It’s a return to yourself.

It Started With a Question
"What if the entrepreneurial path didn't have to be so lonely, extractive, or confusing?"
EOS Academy was born from that question — and from the lived experiences of two women who have walked that path, felt its weight, and refused to let others do it alone.
Patricia's Journey
For Patricia, it was the hard-earned lesson that learning by doing can cost you the one thing you can't replace: time. Despite her clarity and capability, she spent years navigating startup terrain solo, surrounded by networks more interested in taking than building. Everything changed when she found the right people — mission-aligned, mutually committed. That's what EOS delivers: strategic clarity, real partnership, and the systems mid-career women need to stop circling and start building.
Eleftheria's Journey
For Eleftheria, it was the ache of feeling like an outsider for believing business should serve purpose. For years, she didn't feel safe enough to name her fears or show vulnerability. The cost? Time, emotional energy, and growth are delayed. EOS exists to change that — to offer shared vision, collective intelligence, and the kind of mutual support that makes big work possible.
